Atletico Madrid's 1-0 win over FC Rostov in Russia
kept up their 100% record in the 2016/17 Champions League and
goalscorer Yannick Carrasco hopes that Los Rojiblancos will keep on
winning in this season's competition.
Qualification to the next round could be secured when Rostov visit the Vicente Calderon in the next round of fixtures, but the Belgian explained that his team had only been focussed on Wednesday evening's match and that they were not considering the bigger picture.
"We are just looking at one game at a time," he told reporters after the match.
"Atletico have already secured nine points and now we must look ahead to the next Champions League match.
"We want to win them all."
It was his 62nd minute strike that proved to be the match-winner and the 23-year-old was asked how pleased he was to have followed last weekend's hat-trick against Granada with another goal.
"I'm very happy to have scored tonight and I hope to score even more, but the important thing is that the team won," he explained.
"But on a personal level it is also nice [to have scored]."
Asked to analyse the match as a whole, he discussed how testing a venue the Stadion Olimp-2 - where no team had won a competitive match since May 2015 - had been to play in.
"It was a difficult struggle, with the cold, with the pitch and with them playing a very closed five at the back, but luckily we managed to win here tonight," the goalscorer said.
The welcoming of Rostov to the Spanish capital will take place on November 1, while Los Colchoneros' next fixture is Sunday's LaLiga clash with Sevilla.
