Casillas back to his best at Porto

Back amongst the best goalkeepers on the continent, Iker Casillas is off to an excellent start to the season at Porto, in such fine form that he has nothing to envy of Manuel Neuer, Gianluigi Buffon or Jan Oblak.
With only four goals conceded in nine matches, Neuer, Oblak and Buffon have all conceded more with five, six, and seven goals respectively.
Only Tottenham's Hugo Lloris and PSV's Jeroen Zoet can boast similar numbers at the start of the current campaign.
With six clean sheets and some spectacular saves, Casillas is without a doubt returning to the type of form that made him a Real Madrid legend, which now places him amongst Europe's best once more.Julen Lopetegui is at the back of Iker Casillas' mind, and an excellent performance with Porto against Vitoria Guimaraes is sure to go some way in changing the La Roja boss' mind.
Lopetegui had offered Casillas an assistant role, though the keeper's saves in the Primeira Liga show that he is not considering dropping his gloves just yet.
Porto are currently in third place with nine points after four matches.
