Carvajal: No margin for error in World Cup qualification

Spain will end 2016 in charge of their World Cup qualifying campaign, leading Group G by virtue of their superior goal difference over Italy, leaving no room to manoeuvre according to Dani Carvajal. Israel trail the duo having only lost once, at home to the Azzurri, and travel to face La Roja when formalities resume in March. "We have strong rivals," the Real Madrid defender said to reporters. "We have to play Israel and there's no margin for error. "We'll try to win every game until the match with Italy, it's so key to be at the World Cup." England await on Tuesday night for a friendly at Wembley Stadium, which will be Carvajal's first experience of playing at the prestigious venue. "It's a fantastic stadium and although it's a friendly, I've not played there yet and would love to step out onto the pitch before I retire."
