Mourinho and Deschamps lose Pogba

In Turkey, matters went from bad to worse for Manchester United in the Europa League, first succumbing to a wonder goal from Fenerbahce's Moussa Sow little after the opening whistle and then more importantly, Paul Pogba having to walk off injured.
A knock to his thigh, the French midfielder looks as if he may miss France's upcoming international matches, as well as leaving Jose Mourinho short-handed in an already thin position.
The extent of the injury is still yet to be determined, with the player awaiting further tests.Benzema's spell in the international wilderness shows no signs of abating after France coach Didier Deschamps again left the Real Madrid forward out of the latest Les Bleus squad for games against Sweden and the Ivory Coast.
The 28-year-old has struck five goals in 13 appearances so far this season, but that still wasn't enough to end his France exile, with the likes of Olivier Giroud, Ousmane Dembele and Nabil Fekir preferred by the French selectors.
Another prominent name to miss out was Aymeric Laporte of Athletic Club. Selected in the previous squad without seeing game-time, the defender has yet to make his first appearance for Les Bleus and is thus still technically at the centre of a tug-of-war between Spain and France over his international future. However, a total of six LaLiga stars were included in Deschamps' group of 23, with Atleti's Antoine Griezmann and Kevin Gameiro joined by Raphael Varane of Real Madrid, Samuel Umtiti and Lucas Digne of Barcelona and Sevilla's Adil Rami.
Promising Atletico Madrid youngster Lucas Hernandez has also been selected in the France U21 squad.
