Luis Enrique may not have added to his Barcelona squad during the January transfer period, but talented Benfica full-back Nelson Semedo is rumoured to be on the club's shopping list for the summer.The 23-year-old is being touted as a possible inclusion to strengthen Barcelona's defensive options, and scouts have been keeping an eye on the Portuguese defender.
According to newspaper A Bola, the Catalans watched him during Benfica's recent clash against Nacional, which saw Semedo provided an assist during a comfortable 3-0 victory.
The news report also suggests that Manchester United and Jose Mourinho are interested and are prepared to pay a total of 40 million euros for his signature.
Other Benfica players that the Blaguana are keeping tabs on are Swedish central defender Victor Lindelof, and goalkeeper Ederson Moraes.
