Barcelona's worst start since Messi's debut season

Frank Rijkaard was in charge of the Camp Nou, Lionel Messi was a hopeful starlet, and 50 Cent was at the top of the charts back when the last time Barcelona had floundered to a start this poor in LaLiga.
Losing to Celta Vigo meant eight points have been dropped in their first seven league fixtures of 2016/17, amassing just 13 points, a tally not seen since 2005/06.
That year the Blaugrana had managed just 10 points at this stage and yet still ended the campaign with the Champions League and LaLiga trophies safely locked away.
The defence is another particular area of concern for Luis Enrique, who has already seen Barcelona concede a goal more than last year, and 10 more than his debut season.
That's because the Catalans went an incredible nine games without letting a goal in to kick off the Spaniard's reign, a run they can currently only dream of as not since 2000/01 has the club had a worse start defensively, when Lorenzo Serra Ferrer oversaw 13 goals conceded in seven games.
